The week-long Environmental Explorers Summer Camp was a collaboration between UNT Art and Philosophy students, the Onstead Institute, and the local Koan School. This unique project connected university and elementary age students with their environment through philosophy with children, art education, and place-based activities. Recent educator workshop at the Greater Denton Arts Council
Hearing Art, Seeing Sound Workshop: On March 23, the Onstead Insititute hosted a free workshop for local educators which focused on using movement, sound, and multi-sensory approaches in art education.
