Environmental Explorers Summer Camp:
This week-long camp was a collaboration between UNT Art and Philosophy students and faculty, the Onstead Institute, and the local Koan School. This unique project connected university and elementary age students with their environment through philosophy with children, art education, and place-based activities. TAEA Region 11 Summer Conference:
On July 6, the Onstead Institute welcomed art educators from several local districts to the new Art building and Art Gallery for a day of workshops including life casting, developing an art program, and visual literacy. Click here to read more.
